Information Collection

Wi-Fi   

We do not collect any information/data when you access our Wi-Fi.

Learners taking part in programmes and courses

Personal data is collected through our registration and evaluation forms that all learners must complete when taking part in any of our programmes and courses, personal data is not shared with third parties.

Unless learners have agreed to their personal details being stored for future communication and opportunities, once the activities of programmes and courses have ended all data held will be deleted securely.

Email addresses

We have a directory of email addresses of those learners who have agreed to their information being stored for future communication, alongside details of youth, arts, community, public and third sector organisations, funders and schools that we engage with on a continual basis.

We are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with any other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

SEE Website

Your data may also be available to our website provider to enable us and them to deliver their service to us, carry out analysis and research on demographics, interests and behaviour of our users and supporters to help us gain a better understanding of them to enable us to improve our services. This may include connecting data we receive from you on the website to data available from other sources. 

Your personally identifiable data will only be used where it is necessary for the analysis required, and where your interests for privacy are not deemed to outweigh their legitimate interests in developing new services for us. In the case of this activity the following will apply:

How We Use Your Personal Information

Learner data 

Used for monitoring and evaluation purposes only, including data collection that allows us to report to third party funders and for recording statistics, to allow us to screen films you have taken part in, and to grow and develop the quality of our programmes and courses.

All data is kept securely within our administration office. Data that has been uploaded in to our electronic data base is secure, and password protected, and all paper copies of data are stored securely until being destroyed upon completion of programme or course activities.
